Sharing skills and supporting Senior healthcare

PTPOST, came to Charity Connect looking for a way to use their personal training and physical therapy skills to support their community. We were thrilled to make a match with PTPOST and Seabury Resources for Aging. Seabury's mission is to provide personalized, affordable services and housing options to help older adults in the greater Washington, DC area live with independence and dignity. PTPOST founders Julie Shein and Allison Yorra love their monthly visits with the seniors at Friendship Terrace. They are excited to get their employees involved with the free stretching and strengthening classes they are offering.
